Cancellation Policy

CUSTOMER MUST CANCEL WITHIN 48 HOURS TO RECEIVE FULL REFUND.

In the event that customer cancels outside of the allotted 48 hours NO REFUND SHALL BE GRANTED.

​

In the event that the client decides to cancel membership plans within the duration of their membership (bronze, silver, or gold plan), they must submit in an email/writing that services are terminated by desired date. If cancelled within 48h of new program start date, a full refund will be given. No fee to be assessed if you finish the month and decide not to continue with service.

INTERNAL PAYMENT PLANS CANNOT BE USED WITH A COUPON OR DISCOUNT

 

Conditions for continual membership plans are as follows, a full payment of deposit must be made before sessions and services will begin. Complete deposit must be made 2 weeks after invoice is sent to honor the quote given to the client. After 2 weeks, a new price may be given based on service and discretion of Livin' Lovelii.

Any deposit less than the full amount will also be refunded if requested within the first 48h of payment.
